The Indian Health Service (IHS), Fort Yuma Service Unit (FYSU), is conducting a Sources Sought Notice to identify Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing a cloud-based inventory management software system. The requirement includes a fully hosted, web-based solution with real-time inventory tracking, automated purchasing workflows, electronic requisitioning, barcode and mobile scanning capabilities, customizable reporting and analytics, and electronic vendor ordering (EDI). The contractor shall provide implementation services, system configuration, data integration, training, and ongoing software maintenance and technical support to ensure 24/7 operational availability. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes only and is intended to determine whether qualified ISBEE vendors are available to meet the Government’s needs in accordance with the Buy Indian Act.
