Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Generate a list of six possible bands for the Art & Wind Festival Main Stage staying within approved budget. Review and receive approval for the plan from City Staff, negotiate contracts with agreed upon performers 5 months in advance of shows. $_________________ 2. Provide jpeg photos of the approved bands and three-line descriptions to be used for event advertising (3 months before event/s). $_________________ 3. Provide an on-site production manager to act as a point of contact for all performers and production staff at Art & Wind Festival between 11am – 6pm. Production Manager also serves as emcee on the Main Stage introducing acts and making announcements as needed.
