Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Controller’s Office (SCO) is seeking a contractor to provide software support, preventive maintenance, non-emergency and emergency on-call services for physical security, access control, and surveillance systems installed at the following SCO facility locations: 1. 300 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814 2. 3301 C Street, Sacramento, CA 95816 3. 10600 White Rock Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670 SCO security systems are in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The Contractor shall provide all the services stated in this solicitation and in accordance with Sample Contract, Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW). The services described herein shall ensure that the security systems operate at optimum performance on the following equipment: 1. Software House C*Cure 9000 Access Control Systems; 2. ExacqVision Video Management System; 3. iSTAR Access Control Panels; 4. Hughes Identification Devices (HID) Fargo HDP5000 Badge Printer and related equipment; 5. Intrusion detection systems, duress alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and related equipment.
