Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is committed in providing a safe working environment for its employees and its customers. The DMV HQ Campus operates on six facilities and approximately thirty-five hundred employees, twentyfour hours a day, seven days per week and three-hundred and sixty-five days a year. The DMV is currently utilizing a Software House CCURE 9000 access control program with all components required to maintain a secure access controlled infrastructure for the DMV HQ Campus, including ARCSERVE, High Availability for Windows OS. The CCURE 9000 platform is utilizing redundant servers with the ARCSERVE support platform. CCURE 9000 includes twenty (20) access control panels (currently in use), up to two-hundred and fifty-six card readers, approximately two-hundred and fifty thousand card holders, and up to 31 monitoring clients.
