Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Kick-Off Meeting. Key staff of the Contractor team, and key personnel of the Subcontractors, if any (collectively “key members of the Contractor team”), shall attend and participate in a kick-off meeting with Caltrans in Sacramento, California, which will be held within two (2) weeks of the notice-to-proceed for this Agreement. 2) Communications. Contractor Principal/Program Manager shall at all times maintain open lines of communication with the Caltrans Contract Manager and the Caltrans Headquarters, Division of Transportation Planning, throughout the term of the contract. The consultant shall collect data and information from local, state, and federal agencies and proprietary data sources to create an economic forecast for all 58 counties and the State over a thirty-year horizon. The forecast shall forecast the following items: • Population • Household numbers • Household income • Housing permit • Employment by major sectors • Vehicle Registration • Personal income • Taxable retail sale • Local sale tax • Industrial output
