The Contractor must be authorized by Software House to provide system software and hardware maintenance in order to maintain the existing software and equipment. The Contractor shall provide trained and certified personnel in Software House C*CURE 9000 for maintenance of the C*CURE 9000 Access Control System and various other electronic security systems. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment, hold appropriate licensing and permits, pay all taxes, permits, and/or inspection fees necessary to provide on-site routine maintenance and repair services for the integrated security and alarm monitoring systems installed at the CUIAB offices listed in Attachment A-2, CUIAB Site and Equipment List, in accordance with these Specifications. Customer Software support Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.PST; Software maintenance and/or enhancement release updates; The Contractor will provide Software Support Agreement (SSA) for renewal dates: o September 1, 2025 o September 1, 2026 Firmware maintenance and/or enhancements release updates for the Advanced Processing Controller (ISTARS) panel(s) installed at the CUIAB offices; Provide updated documentation as appropriate; The Contractor will provide trained personnel in Software House C*CURE 800 Access Control System to complete all work, and The Contractor will provide timely service & emergency service as outlined in the Scope of Work. The Contractor shall provide repairs of existing security alarm systems, including control panels, wiring and equipment, and alarm monitoring provided by a U.L. certified central station, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
