Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow and Ice removal shall include but not be limited to, plowing, shoveling, snow hauling, de-icing, ice control and sidewalk clearing. Prior to commencement of the winter season, but no later than mid-October, the contractor will be required to meet with the on-site contact person for a pre-service conference. Service shall be furnished seven (7) days a week, during snowy/icy weather or as needed. Most plowing and hauling will be performed during early morning hours. Sidewalks and typical path of travel must be kept free of snow and ice during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding State Holidays. In the event of an emergency, Contractor’s personnel must be available via phone to the CHP On-site Contact 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
