Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 24/7 operations and on-site management 2. Safety and security services 3. Regular cleaning and maintenance of the site, common use buildings and adjacent areas, 4. Provision of all supplies 5. Managing & monitoring all access points and ensuring that only registered occupants, service staff, County staff, and emergency personnel have access. 6. Engaging with occupants for on-going data collection and reporting through a coordinated entry system and Homeless Management Information System 7. Provide daily meals, snacks and water to all occupants possibly in partnership with food preparation services, non-profits, churches, civic groups and local food banks 8. Provide daily social activities possibly in partnership with non-profits, churches, and civic groups 9. Creation of a Good Neighbor & Code of Conduct Agreement, pet policies, car & bike parking agreements, law enforcement protocols, visitor entry policy and storage protocols 10. Work in collaboration with all relevant County departments
