a. All USA markings including but not limited to roadways, sidewalks, utility boxes, transformers, drainage inlets, guards, covers, shall be removed from the project site within work area A. Ensure storm drains are protected by use of straw waddles during washing. b. Demo and replace approximately 55’ of curb and gutter as seen in work area B. Work shall match adjacent curb and gutter. c. Remove efflorescence and seal masonry in work areas C and E using Drylok Siloxane 7 clear invisible penetrating sealer, per the manufacture’s installation instructions. Contractor shall supply CMD 6 new single gallon containers of sealant to be used for maintenance, prior to the job’s completion. d. New striping shall be installed per the city of rancho Cordova requirements in areas as seen in work area D and G and in all work areas where the lines and or bike lanes have been altered and/or are covered due to patching etc. Any markings in the work area that are nonexistent and required or degraded less than 50% shall receive new striping. e. As seen in work area F in yellow, asphalt shall be removed and replaced using the city of Rancho Cordova’s patching requirements along the entire concrete apron driveway entrance. Asphalt will be removed and keyed in adjacent to all newly installed curb and gutter in this area. f. Cracked concrete sidewalk will be removed and replaced as seen in work area F in red. The entire slab will be removed and replaced.
