Letter of Compliance on company letterhead certifying that no flame retardant chemicals have been added to the products offered. B. Furniture Product Standard: Certification must be from recognized third party testing organization 1. ANSI/BIFMA x5.1 General Purpose Office Chairs C. Environmental Certification: Third-Party Certification from both #1 and #2 below: 1. Greenguard Gold and/or SCS Indoor Advantage™ Gold and/or MAS. 2. BIFMA level® 2019, Level 2 or 3 (must provide BIFMA Scorecard showing Credit 7.6.1, 7.6.2, and 7.6.3)
