• Develop, operate, equip, and maintain a high-quality full-service marina concession; • Provide the park visitor with high-quality slip rentals, boat rentals, boating, and recreation related goods and services at reasonable prices; • Provide boat towing services during park operational hours; • Improve the concession premises, including upgrades to ensure full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and all State and Local Government accessibility regulations; • Be responsive to the needs of the local community as well as the needs of statewide constituencies; • Provide reasonable financial compensation to support the State, including the park operations and interpretive activities; • Optional: o Provide Personal Watercraft (PWC), kayak, pedal boat, paddleboard or other watercraft rentals and provide other beach or boating-related amenities. o Provide dockside or on-land fuel sales for watercraft
