Identify adjacent feature. For example if location is adjacent to tree,water meter, or sewer clean out, ect.•AlldatamustbesubmittedelectronicallyinexcelandaGIScompatibleformatwiththelatitudeandlongitude of each location and address if known.Performconcreteshavingofsidewalkoffsetsthatarebetween½”andupto2”.Anysidewalklessthan2”thickshallnotbeconsideredforshavingbutreportedasremoveandreplace.Existing temporary ramping shall be removed at no extra charge and disposed of by Contractorpersonnel. All shaving residue shall be collected, removed and disposed of by Contractor at noadditional charge. Adherence to all clean water regulations is required.
