The City contract for data support for its Shared Mobility Device Program is set to expire on March 31, 2025. The City is seeking to procure continued third-party Shared Mobility data services to take effect seamlessly on April 1, 2025. In doing so, the City seeks to continue the essential data services covered in its existing contract, while taking advantage of lessons learned and addressing heightened areas of City priority. Specifically, the City seeks data services that will: • Ingest Mobility Data Specification (MDS) API feeds from all shared mobility operators permitted to operate in the City; • Calculate metrics used to regulate operations, generate trip-based invoices, provide access to planning-relevant program data, and inform the broader public about system performance. • Provide additional support for the focus area of device clutter management, with disaggregated drop zone metrics and flexible policy-setting around zone capacity limits.
