On an as-needed basis as may be requested by RAP, the Contractor shall perform sewer tie construction, retrofit, maintenance and/or repairs services, as further described, but not limited to: • Installation of new sewage line (including sewer connection to Municipal sewer system) • Repair/rehabilitation/ extension of an existing sewer line • All inspection services related to sewer line inspections • All plumbing related work required for the installation of a new and/or rehabilitation of an existing, restroom facility. The following services that may also be used under this contract includes but is not limited to work by general contractors such as the design, engineering, survey, permits, excavation, grading, shoring, installation of new, retrofit existing city sewer lines and associated infrastructure. Additional services may include sewer video recording and sewer lining. Contractors may also be asked to make sewer line repairs, clean out or jet existing lines and pump retention systems such as septic or store drain retention systems
