The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works – Special Districts (Department), on behalf of Board Governed County Service Areas (District) and various County Departments (County), (collectively “County/District”), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified professional engineering firms to update the current Sewer System Management Plans (SSMP) for various County Service Areas (CSA) and County Departments (i.e., the Regional Parks Department, Department of Airports, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, and Sheriff’s Department) in accordance with State Water Resources Control Board Statewide (SWRCB) General Waste Discharge Requirement (WDR) and Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. 2006-003-DWQ and the amended order by executive direct Order No. WQ 2013- 0058-EXEC. The SSMP updates will include data gathering, review and analysis of existing plans and relevant information. The table below includes information on 16 different facilities that require an SSMP update.
