ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: A. Twice per year, once during the spring and once during the fall as scheduled by the State Representative, the Contractor agrees to inspect and test each sewage pump facility, Sites 1-3, as listed in Section I, for proper operation as per its individual specifications outlined by the manufacturer. B. During routine maintenance the Contractor agrees to service the Sites 4-7 listed in Section I of this document. C. During routine maintenance inspections of facilities, components identified by the contractor as faulty and in need of repair or replacement, will be reported in writing to the State Representative within twenty-four (24) hours. The contractor will not initiate any repairs without written authorization from the State Representative. D. Inspections shall include, but are not limited to the following items: 1. MOTOR CONTROL CENTER (MCC) a) Test proper functioning of all warning/indicator lights. Furnish and install new light bulbs and covers as needed. Test for proper operation of all circuit breakers, starter devices, overload relays, low voltage control circuit for starter coil operation; all drivers and variable speed motor controls. Test 110/220 volt loads for lighting systems, pumps, ventilation blowers and receptacles. Any unbalanced 220 volt loads will be reported to the State Representative immediately...
