The Contractor shall be responsible for flushing, vacuuming, and inspecting of the underground sewer services on a quarterly basis. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing storm drain cleaning and video camera filming services on an as needed basis. The seven-hundred fifty (750) gallon underground septic tank shall be evaluated on an as-needed basis, upon request by the Institution Contract Liaison or designee. The Contractor shall provide sewer line flushing to hydraulically propel materials to the downstream manholes. The solids remaining in the sewer lines/manholes shall be removed by vacuum truck and disposed of at a solid waste/industrial waste facility or landfill. If it is determined that the solids are of a hazardous nature, the Institution will be responsible for testing and disposal of such solids. The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment for high pressure cleaning of the Institutional storm drain system. All material removed from the storm drain system shall be disposed of at a solid waste/industrial waste facility or landfill. The Contractor shall have a self-contained high-pressure cleaner. The pressure cleaner shall have a minimum one thousand (1,000) gallon capacity water tank, five hundred (500) feet of one (1) inch hydraulic hose with selected nozzle, and pumping capabilities up to one-thousand, five hundred (1,500) pounds per square inch (PSI) at fifty-five (55) gallons per minute (GPM).
