1. Contractor agrees to provide Septic Tank Pumping and Disposal Services to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), as described herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supplies, permits, travel, transportation, dump fees, and incidentals necessary to provide on call routine and non-routine septic tank pumping and disposal services at Caltrans locations in Mendocino, Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity Counties 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. 3. The services shall be performed at the following Caltrans locations within Mendocino, Humboldt, Del Norte and Trinity Counties: A. Bracut Maintenance Station (MS), 6100 Highway 101 North, Eureka, CA 95501, Humboldt County B. Trinidad Safety Roadside Rest Area (SRRA), Northbound Highway 101, Post Mile (PM) 105.2, Humboldt County C. Trinidad SRRA, Southbound Highway 101, PM 102.9, Humboldt County
