The Contractor agrees to provide the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) annual pumping and maintenance services for three (3) septic tanks, as well as the cleaning of seven (7) sewer lines up to three (3) times per year. The Contractor will also perform ongoing maintenance to ensure all related systems and equipment remain in proper working condition, in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained herein. 1. The Contractor will provide the following services: Task 1: Annual pumping and maintenance of three (3) septic tanks a. Pump three (3) septic tanks Tank #1 = 4,000 gallon tank Tank #2 = 4,000 gallon tank Tank #3 = 7,000 gallon tank b. Routine pumping services will be completed between 8:00am and 5:00pm. CDFW Contract Manager has the authority to permit pumping outside the time noted herein. c. The Contractor will provide all services and a fully maintained and operated vacuum pump truck capable of septic tank pumping services for removal of solid and/or liquid waste from the specified tanks(s) at the locations listed above. d. All effluent material pumped will be removed from the vault containers and no material of any kind, including clear water, will be discharged from the disposal truck during pumping operation. e. All effluent material pumped will be legally disposed of at a dumpsite designated by the Contractor. f. The Contractor will maintain and repair its own septic tank pump equipment at its own expense, including any transportation charges for repair. Task 2: Clearing/Cleaning sewer lines (up to three (3) times per year between annual visits) a. Clear seven (7) sewer lines total, including all drains and toilets. These seven (7) lines service five (5) state-owned housing units and four (4) public restrooms. One (1) line for each of the housing units and two (2) lines service all four (4) public restrooms.
