San Bernardino County (County), through Human Services (HS) for the Department of Aging and Adult Services - Public Guardian (DAAS-PG) is seeking proposals from interested and qualified individuals, organizations, and firms, hereinafter referred to as “Proposers” or “Contractors” to provide Senior Legal Services pursuant to the Older Americans Act – Title III-B. The Older Americans Act (OAA) Title III-B funding seeks to enable persons aged sixty (60) or older to maintain their well-being through locally developed community based coordinated service systems. The OAA Title III-B Legal Services Program provides legal services to enable older Americans to assert their rights and remove barriers to economic and personal independence and self-determination. Fixed price fee-for-service contracts will be awarded for a one (1) year period effective July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. An amount not to exceed $600,000 has been allocated for these services for the period indicated. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received.
