The proposed software must comply with all current and future SB 1383 implementation and recordkeeping requirements established by CalRecycle, as well as the additional functions listed below: 1. Implementation of the SB 1383 Recordkeeping Software: a. Configuring data import process to align with City and City’s franchise waste hauler data and SB 1383 programs b. Importing initial compliance records from current record keeping systems c. Setting up user accounts and permissions d. Customizing database fields to meet SB 1383 record keeping and reporting needs 2. Program Tracker System requirements: a. Commercial, multi-family and residential generator database for tracking of: • Service levels including number, types of bins, pick-up frequency • Contact information • AB 1826 & AB 341 compliance • SB 1383 compliance b. Implementation Records Storage c. Ongoing Compliance and Monitoring Records storage d. Recovered Organic Waste Product (ROWP) tracking e. Ability to track and monitor waivers, including: • Notes • Log/history of activity 3. Ability to upload, track, log and pull reports of all education and outreach activities including: a. Various types of media, including but not limited to print, electronic, and events b. Social Media Impressions c. Types of outreach including emails, phone calls, mailed letters, and site visits, and inspections 4. Software features to map, schedule and track outreach to commercial/multi-family/industrial generators, inspections, monitoring, and enforcement including: a. Site Visits b. Phone Calls c. Emails d.
