The Contractor’s program may include but shall not be limited to the following components: • A fundamental approach to identify the traumatic experiences that led the incarcerated person to their life choices. • Promote self-healing and life-changing behaviors that will positively affect the incarcerated person’s interaction with their children and successful reintegration into society upon release. • The curriculum sessions shall include concepts of advanced communication skills, group discussions on self-evaluation of free choice thinking, individual profiles of selfdiscovery, and managing expectations. • The curriculum shall allow for the incarcerated persons to share their personal stories, identify childhood experiences, self-destructive emotions, addiction, examine the indepth effect personal beliefs have on their life, and other outside negative influences resulting in incarceration. • The Program Manager can make the determination of the number of Participants. • Provide all coursework materials (e.g., workbooks, videos), to be used for programing. • Provide follow-up sessions as needed for individuals who have graduated from the program.
