North County Transit District (NCTD) is seeking a Contractor to furnish, deliver, and test one (1) New Self-Propelled Articulating Boom Lift for COASTER Operations Facility (COF) on Camp Pendleton. The Contractor shall also provide training to NCTD staff as part of this Scope of Work. a. General Requirements; 1. The Contractor shall deliver, setup, commission, train and provide NCTD one new fully functioning Self-Propelled Boom Lift. 2. The Contractor shall include all parts, hardware, wiring, connections, and all other necessary fixtures and furnishings. The Self-Propelled Boom Lift shall arrive fully assembled, intact, and fully furnished upon delivery; 3. The Contractor shall utilize the chosen outlet for power supply at COF appointed by NCTD Project Manager. b. Equipment must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Standards, Underwriter’s Laboratory (UL)-201, National Electric Code (NEC), and be built to the latest American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standards. Including but limited to the following codes: ANSI A92.5, CSA B354.4, CE Compliance, AS 1418.10.
