Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) is seeking a contractor to provide software support, preventive maintenance, non-emergency and emergency on-call services for physical security, access control, and surveillance systems installed at the following CDSS Headquarters facility location: 744 P Street Sacramento, CA 95814 CDSS security systems are in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. The contractor shall provide all the services stated in this solicitation and in accordance with Sample Contract, Exhibit A, Scope of Work (SOW). The services described herein shall ensure that the security systems operate at optimum performance on the following equipment: Software House CCURE 9000 Access Control Systems; Software House CCURE 800 Security Management System - Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System, version 10.3.0. (will be maintained for access to historical activity logs after migration).
