Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Proposer will provide ARMC Facility Management preventative maintenance and repair services to the Software House (SWH) C-CURE 9000 Access Control System and Avigilon camera security system. 2. Deliverables/Requirements: Proposer will be able to: a. Provide preventative maintenance and repairs on SWH C-CURE 9000 system which include but are not limited to: i. iStar ii. Multi-Technology Door Readers iii. Ancillary equipment to include Electric Door Strikes, Electric Door Latches, Maglocks, Request to Exit (REX) Motion Sensors, Exit Buttons and Door Contacts. b. Submit SWH C-CURE 9000 and Avigilon camera security system maintenance and repair service reports that would include but are not limited to the following: i. Time and date of maintenance/repair service. ii. Description of maintenance /repair service. iii. List of any replacement parts used when applicable. iv. Name of the technician who completed maintenance/repair service.
