Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following items shall be part of the scope of work for this project: Service Calls - All service calls must be logged and tracked. Proposals shall describe, in detail, how this task will be accomplished. The following types of service calls occur: Emergency Calls – Calls that warrant immediate repair, as determined by the HLS Manager will require that a qualified service representative arrive on site within two hours of the time the call is acknowledged by the service representative. Routine Calls – Routine calls, as determined by the HLS Manager, shall be acknowledged by phone or email within one hour and, at the discretion of the HLS Manager, response may be deferred to the start of the following business day. Facilities and Equipment - Selected Consultant shall, at their own expense, provide any vehicles, tools, or test equipment necessary for on-site technicians to provide 24-hour maintenance coverage. Corrective Maintenance - Selected Consultant shall be responsible for conducting proactive and preventive system inspections and shall be required to follow up immediately with an investigation of any reported or observed equipment malfunction. Equipment malfunction is defined as the inability of the individual components, subassemblies, or major items of the system to perform their specific functions including equipment failure caused by actions of operational personnel, the public or environmental conditions. If the problem is determined to be due to neither equipment nor system issues, selected Consultant will notify the HLS Manager. Unscheduled maintenance shall include inspections and tests required to determine the extent of any equipment malfunction, as well as the repair required to correct the problem. Preventive Maintenance - Scheduled preventive maintenance and service includes, but is not limited to, inspecting, testing, cleaning, adjusting, repairing, acquiring replacement parts and scheduled overhauls as required during the length of the maintenance service contract. This includes routine cleaning of the server, PC workstations, sensors, cameras, card readers, and other components associated with the system.
