A. Contractor shall provide annual testing, preventative maintenance, repair, and 24-hour technical support services including, but are not limited to: 1) Testing of security alarm system to assure proper functioning. 2) Replacing system components. 3) Relocating existing components. 4) Investigating and repairing malfunctions. 5) Re-configuring alarm systems. B. Annual Testing 1) Contractor shall provide annual (once yearly) testing to the following security alarm systems and associated components. a. Bosch Intrusion System Test Magnet including, but not limited to alarm panels, hard wired and wireless alarm points, motion sensors, and intrusion beam detectors. b. Stanley Pac Pro® Access Control System including, but not limited to all types of electrified strikes, locks, and associated door and electrified gate hardware. c. Networked CCTV system including, but not limited to analogue camera systems which utilize coaxial connections and networked IP camera systems.
