Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: • One-time, initial audits to determine functionality of the security systems • “As needed” inspections pertaining to maintenance or repair work orders • Consultation/planning on the best method to achieve the intended result • Completion of maintenance/repair work orders as provided by the EDD Representative • Minor urgent repairs • Repairs normally not exceeding two workdays per task • Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazard, faulty equipment, or other conditions encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office which the Contractor determines needing repair or replacement • The Contractor shall comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises. Avigilon 3.0C-H4A-D1-IR 3.0 Megapixel WDR, LightCatcher, Day/Night, Indoor Dome, 3-9mm f/1.3 P-iris lens, Integrated IR, Self-Learning Video Analytics. 2. Avigilon Video Appliances a. 8 Port Appliance i. Part number: VMA-AS1-8P4 - HD Video Appliance 8-port 4TB unit with ACC Core 8-ch license. ii. Part number: VMA-AS1-8PRMS1U - 1 U Rack mount shelf for HD Video Appliance 8-port. iii. Part number: 8C-ACC6-COR-STD-UPG - ACC 6 upgrade license Core to Standard for 8 camera channels. iv. The software must support High-Definition Stream Management (HDSM)™ Technology.
