The Cosumnes Community Services District (“District”) is seeking bids from qualified Proposers to provide professional, uniformed, and unarmed private security services at various District recreation facilities and events. The District requires event security at various recreation facilities and parks located throughout the District. All facilities and parks are within the City of Elk Grove at District-owned properties. Events are rented to any and all individuals, organizations, and businesses that complete rental agreements with the District. Events that include the consumption of alcohol are required to have security guards present, as are any other events deemed appropriate by the District. This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is released with the intention of retaining a firm or firms that can provide reliable service, quick response times, and outstanding customer service. The successful firm or firms must have the knowledge, expertise, staff, and ability to provide professional assistance and knowledge on best practices related to private security services.
