Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this document is to provide general and specific information for use by vendors in submitting a bid to supply the City of Savannah with equipment, supplies, and or services as listed above. All bids are governed by the Charter and Code of the City of Savannah. The City of Savannah is seeking security services for the City of Savannah Municipal Cemeteries. 4.1 Cemetery Locations: Bonaventure Cemetery- 330 Bonaventure Road Greenwich Cemetery- 330 Greenwich Road Laurel Grove North Cemetery- 802 West Anderson Street Laurel Grove South Cemetery- 2101 Kollock Street Colonial Park Cemetery- 201 East Oglethorpe Avenue 4.2 General Specifications: 4.2.1 The successful vendor must provide professional security services as their primary livelihood and must have maintained a local office with a local telephone number within the limits of Chatham County Georgia for at least the past three (3) years. The successful vendor must have held a City of Savannah private security business permit with no suspensions or revocations for at least the past three (3) year. The vendor must provide three (3) references indicating past performance. 4.2.2 The vendor, his/her employees and/or representatives must not participate in any activities which may be in conflict with the interests of the City of Savannah. They must not perform any activities in the municipal cemeteries other than the services described herein, unless authorized by the City of Savannah. They must not accept any form of compensation from any person, except the contract payment from the city of Savannah for any services provided in any of the municipal cemeteries unless authorized by the City of Savannah.
