Specifications include, but are not limited to: Two (2) of the properties in the Agency’s inventory,Marina Vista and Alder Grove,house approximately seven hundred (700) units over approximately sixty (60) acres. These two (2)Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency – Security Guard Services properties will be the primary sites at which the Contractors will be requested to operate approximately twelve (12) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. Specific times for the twelve (12)hour shifts will be negotiated upon the award of the contract. It will be vitally important for each firm responding to this Request for Proposals to demonstrate how it will be able to adequately cover these two (2) sites utilizing modern technology
