Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Redding and the Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) invites qualified security service firms to submit proposals to provide security service for the City and RABA at the various locations; Services shall be performed to the satisfaction of the City of Redding Facility Supervisor and the Transit Manager. Failure to perform the security services in accordance with the proposal, specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Facilities Supervisor and the Transit Manager of the City of Redding shall be grounds for cancellation by the City of Redding. Security personnel will provide patrol and surveillance services or any other duties the City of Redding Facility Supervisor deems appropriate throughout all noted locations. Security personnel shall maintain two-way radio or cellular telephone contact with their headquarters and shall be equipped with radios or cellular telephones having the capability to conduct two-way conversations with the Redding Police Department, and/or other law enforcement agencies.
