Specifications include, but are not limited to: Anticipated security services Districtwide as needed, including but not limited to the following: patrols, overnight surveillance, escort any subjects from District property, holiday coverage, promotion/graduation ceremonies, school activities/sporting events, finals week, roving patrols, property checks, etc. at the areas stated in the map and as shown on Appendix A – Corona-Norco Unified School District boundary map. Security officers will provide a presence to deter unwanted activities such as theft, vandalism, loitering and trespassing. All observation of any suspected criminal activity is to be reported to the local police department. Bidder should have the capability of providing an electronic reporting system, including a Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) tag system, that monitors and confirms the presence and location of Security Officers and Security Officer activity in real-time. Bidder will submit an electronic activity report to the District on a weekly basis.
