Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Roseville has a need to replace our current Security Information and Event Management solution with a comprehensive (SIEM) solution. The proposer shall provide a scope of services which details the work to achieve a "turn-key" (SIEM) solution capable of gathering security data from information system components supporting a variety of data collection methods to assist the City in detecting and responding to cybersecurity threats. The proposed (SIEM) solution should be capable of performing user and network traffic behavioral analysis as well as integrating with other security systems such as Endpoint, Detection and Response (EDR), firewalls/Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPSs), and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR). A comprehensive, "all-in-one", solution is preferred.
