Specifications include, but are not limited to: The County of San Joaquin (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFP) for unarmed security services for several County departments. This includes, but is not limited to, the following departments: Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Behavioral Health Services, Department of Child Support Services, Employment and Economic Development Department (“EEDD”), Environmental Health Department, Human Services Agency, Mary Graham Children’s Shelter, Parks & Recreation, Facilities Management, and Probation Department. Prospective Proposers (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor” or “Proposer”) are responsible for having full knowledge of this project and all issues affecting it. The County is approaching this RFP from an overall perspective. County is focused on the proposer’s qualifications, references, capacity/capabilities, employment practices, overall cast structures and proposal responsiveness. Location specific details will be quantified with the successful proposer(s) at time of award. The resulting contract(s) will not grant to CONTRACTOR(S) any exclusive privileges or rights to provide services to COUNTY.
