Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Santa Clara County Water District, (District) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to enter a partnership with the District to provide service, programming, repair, replacement, and/or upgrades to District video monitoring/access control/duress/intrusion alarm systems, District-wide. The objective is to maintain all interior and exterior District security systems to a high level of readiness with the least number of operational disruptions. Detail of Goods to be Purchased or Tasks to be Accomplished include, but are not limited to, the following: a. Components for the Honeywell ProWatch Version 5.0 access control system to include: card readers, software, door hardware, servers, control panels, power units, and NVRs. b. Components for the video monitoring system including, power hook-ups, mounting hardware, and encoders c. Components for intrusion detection including control panels, sensors, audio alarms, and warning lights. d. Potential to install duress button systems e. Integration with the District’s existing server system
