1. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Security Camera System Replacement and Installation Services as described herein. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, parts, travel, incidentals software registration, and licenses necessary to remove and dispose of (14) existing security cameras, one (1) Networked Video Recorder (NVR), two (2) monitors, and all related hardware and accessories and install a total of (20) National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) compliant IP cameras, one (1) NDAA compliant Networked Video Recorder (NVR), and one (1) monitor. 2. Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement.
