Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The intent of this Agreement is for the Contractor to install and program additional CCTV cameras and associated equipment in accordance with the following: The Contractor must add additional fully functioning CCTV cameras, cabling and associated materials, to the existing Central Office security system. The following equipment must be procured and installed: i. Six Avigilon 40CH5ADP1IR 4.0MP, 3.3-9mm LightCatcher pendant outdoor dome cameras (or industry equivalent) ii. Six Avigilon H4AMTWALL1 camera mounting brackets (or industry equivalent) iii. Six Avigilon ACC7STD Standard Edition camera licenses (or industry equivalent) iv. One Avigilon VMAAS38P4NA 4TB, 8-Port, HD Video Appliance Unit (or industry equivalent) v. Two Avigilon ACCSTDSMART1YR ACC Standard Smart Plan, 1 Year (or industry equivalent) vi. Any additional CCTV equipment needed to complete the installation to ensure all new security equipment is fully functional must be furnished and installed as well. B. The Contractor will be expected to provide any or all of the following during the term of this Agreement: • Inspections pertaining to repair work orders. • Consultation/planning on best method to achieve the intended result. • Completion of repair work orders as provided by the EDD Representative. • Identify and report to the EDD Representative any safety hazard, faulty equipment, or other condition encountered during the course of the work at the EDD office which the Contractor determines needing repair or replacement. • The Contractor shall comply with all state, EDD, and local office policies and procedures while on the premises. C. All work shall be completed in compliance with any related drawings and specifications, and shall comply with all applicable building codes, regulations and ordinances. For final acceptance, all work areas shall be complete and ready for occupancy; all equipment shall be installed, connected and in operating condition, and all utility connections shall be complete and accepted by the city, county or state authority having jurisdiction. D. The Contractor must have a valid C-7 or C-10 State Contractor’s License. Licenses shall be furnished by the Contractor in accordance with applicable local ordinances and state and federal laws regarding labor on public buildings and specifications contained in this Agreement. Should any specification in the Agreement fail to comply with such ordinances and laws, the Contractor shall be required to comply with such statutes at no extra cost to the EDD. E. Travel time will be at the Contractor’s expense. All employees shall be paid prevailing wage.
