Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Inland Empire Utilities Agency ("IEUA" or “Agency is seeking a consultant to conduct a security assessment at several of its properties that will include an examination of current internal and external security methods and procedures. Consultant will conduct an analysis from a third-party perspective of potential risk factors in addition to reviewing existing security procedures and systems. Upon completion of assessment Consultant will submit a comprehensive report of findings and recommendations on how to enhance our current security measures with updated technology. Report to also include estimated budget for upgrading to recommended security system in addition to providing new security procedures to foster a secure environment, and an overview of potential risks and threats from the staff, guest, contractor, resident, and client perspective. Overview to include an assessment of alarm monitoring service, guard patrol services, property perimeter alarm beams, alarm and fire panels, surveillance cameras, panic buttons, badge fob system, office areas, common spaces, parking lots and standard operations procedures for emergency responses. This assessment will focus on the exteriors of the buildings, offices, building common areas, and exterior and interior entry points into the Agency properties. An overall review of a risk assessment, physical security, operational security, and electronic security systems throughout the Agency.
