The Contractor shall provide to FTB a one day per week “residency” consisting of an 8-hour day by a qualified technician for the FTB Headquarters site only. The chosen day of the week will be determined based on schedules conducive to both FTB and the Contractor and may be discontinued or postponed at any time by the designated FTB Contract Manager. The chosen tasks for this residency will be primarily used for preventative and remedial maintenance to FTB’s Security Technology Systems. A revolving list of tasks to include, but not limited to, preventative maintenance for CCure access control equipment, readjusting CCTV camera angles and cleaning of CCTV camera dome lenses, etc., will be discussed and planned accordingly, in advance, between FTB and the Contractor.
