The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified organizations who offer Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Code Section 115 Pension Trust administration services (Establishment, Administration, and Investment Management) to California local government agencies. The City is seeking to establish and maintain Section 115 Trust for both Unfunded Accrued Liability (UAL) and Other Post-Employment Benefits Irrevocable (OPEB). The selected organization will be responsible for providing services in accordance with the scope of services outlined in this document.
