1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance and personnel to provide DSH with Scrap Metal Pickup and Recycling Services on an as-needed basis. Services shall be provided to assist DSH in diverting scrap metal materials from landfill disposal, in accordance with applicable local, State, and Federal regulations. 2. Please This is a revenue agreement. Contractor shall reimburse DSH the percentage bid, as outlined in Attachment 4 - Bidder’s Rate Sheet and Attachment 12, Sample Agreement, Exhibit B, Budget Detail. DSH shall not reimburse Contractor for any services performed. Contractor shall use the remaining percentage, not paid to DSH, to reimburse themselves. 3. It is the intent of DSH to divert scrap metal materials from landfill disposal to assist the State of California in achieving the 75% solid waste reduction goals per AB341, Chapter 476 Statutes of 2011. 4. Items for pick-up shall include, but not be limited to; metal kitchen tables, sheet metal, copper pipes, galvanized pipes, metal sinks, metal bins, metal file cabinets, miscellaneous tin pieces, metal framework from ice makers, metal shelving, and angle iron. 5. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 12, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid
