Specifications include, but are not limited to: RTA invites proposals from qualified consultants (“contractor”) to train RTA staff on how to successfully complete all scheduling services for the Agency’s January (Winter), May (Spring) and September (Fall) operator bid periods using Hastus scheduling software. Scheduling services and assistance to complete service changes shall be required on an as needed basis while RTA staff are being trained. It is expected that the level of scheduling services and assistance required from the consultant will decrease with each bid as staff gain the skills and knowledge needed to complete service changes. Services are required for RTA’s directly operated and contract operated services. This contract is estimated to be effective on October 1, 2024.
