The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting proposals from firms that are able to provide project management, expert facilitation, technical writing, update the Crisis Standard of Care Concept of Operations document for statewide use, provide training and technical assistance to CDPH for Public Health and Medical Annex to the California Nuclear Detonation Response Plan, revise the California Public Health and Medical Emergency Operations Manual document for statewide use for unanticipated disasters, provide expert consultation to CDPH on the revision of the Emergency Support Function 8 Annex to the State Emergency Plan, and provide project knowledge transfer to CDPH state staff as outlined in the Scope of Work. Proposals must address all of the services described in Exhibit A entitled, “Scope of Work”.
