The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Pacific is officially issuing
solicitation No. N66001-22-R-0036 (formerly N66001-21-R-0018) for jointly maintaining and operating a
SATCOM CB-ISEA Antenna refurbishment effort, providing engineering, fabrication, restoration, overhaul,
calibration and Radome repair, involving: Radio Frequency (RF), electro-mechanical, mechanical units of
supporting systems, and the SATCOM CB-ISEA Programs listed below. It will also include requirements
for overhauling or restoring the entire system. If a specific, sub-unit of a system is indicated (ex.
Amplifier), the requirement is limited to that part of the listed system but knowledge of the entire system
may be necessary for testing purposes.
•Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT): AN/WSC-9, AN/FSC-138, AN/BSC and Advanced TDMA Interface
Processor (ATIP) including Teleports, IPV and DISA gateways;
•Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP): AN/USC 69(V)2,3 surface and shore;
•Super High Frequency (SHF): AN/WSC-6V(9) A,C,E,G; AN/WSC-6(V)7
•Other corresponding equipment managed by the Communications and GPS Navigation Program
Office (PMW/A 170), Shore and Expeditionary Integration Program Office (PMW 790), and the Fleet
Readiness Directorate (FRD) 100;
•Other SATCOM systems, subsystems, and ancillary equipment.
This acquisition has security requirements at the Secret level. NIWC Pacific is officially issuing solicitation
No. N66001-22-R-0036 for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a
Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) pricing arrangement for Services, Materials, and Other Direct Costs (ODC). There
are no anticipated travel requirements for this contract. The prospective contract will have a one-year
base period with four, one-year option periods. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is
123,420 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334220 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
This requirement will be fulfilled via full and open competition.
