This project includes significant building modernization and site work to existing elements. Site & Play Yards ● Site improvements for accessibility and means of egress. Parking lot (consisting of 46 standard, 2 accessible stalls) restriping and drop-off reconfiguration for entry to the school site. ● New play yards for student use with age-appropriate play structures and equipment. Building C ● Reconfiguration and modernization of the existing Building C (currently serving kindergarten-age students). Such work will include entry and reception spaces, multiple staff and principal's offices, a large conference room, staff restrooms, and a stationery and office supply storage room. Building E ● Reconfiguration and modernization of the existing Building E (currently serving elementary grade classrooms). Such work will include new single-occupant toilet rooms connected to classrooms, a staff break room, laundry facilities, and a kitchenette. Upgrades to existing exterior multi-stall restrooms that will be dedicated for staff. Building F ● Reconfiguration and modernization of two existing portables. Such work will include speech room and psychologist offices. ● The project will consist of Type E and B occupancies for the new Administration office (2,750-sf) and Classroom building (8,125-sf).
