The replacement of all visible waste drainage located under each unit in the DPR Saddle Housing facilities, with appropriate material and parts. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to do replacement of waste plumbing. The plumbing includes the units’restroom and kitchen sinks, bathtubs and toilets. The cast iron pipe servicing the toilet receives the waste coming from the sinks and tub. This castiron pipe may stay in as long as the pipe is in fair condition and the replacement material and parts are compatible. Clean-outs will be added to each unit’s waste drainage system to provide access for servicing. Work will need to be coordinated with current residences to assure no usage during repair.
