Contractor agrees to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment (except (1) 20 yard state-owned selfcontained Compactor) necessary to haul and dispose of refuse from Portola Redwoods State Park (PRSP). The Contractor will be responsible for picking up one full 20 yard state-owned self-contained Compactor and hauling it offsite for disposal on each date referenced on Exhibit B, Attachment 1. The Contractor will then be responsible to return the empty 20 yard state-owned self-contained Compactor back to Portola Redwoods State Park (PRSP) on that same day. When returning, the contractor will attach the empty 20 yard state-owned self-contained Compactor to the powerhead. The Contractor will also be responsible to deliver and pick up (1) 20- yard general use box one time per year as scheduled in accordance with Specifications marked Exhibit A, Attachment 1, and Bid Form marked Exhibit B, Attachment 1, attached hereto and made a part of this agreement.
