Contractor shall provide access to a secure, web-based platform for sanction screening. Contractor’s platform shall perform checks against (at a minimum): U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) U.S. General Services Administration System for Award Management (SAM) Excluded Entities List Social Security Administration (SSA) Death Master File (DMF) Federal Lists including DEA, FDA, TRICARE, OFAC, USDHHS ORI PHS, FCPA, BIS, HRSA HEAL, DDTC and Wanted Terrorists/Fugitives All Publicly Available State-level Medicaid Exclusions Lists (or equivalent) Contractor’s platform shall allow for electronic requests and records of screenings that are searchable and available for download in PDF format. Platform shall allow for sanction screenings of employees, physicians, vendors/contractors on a monthly and single name check basis by any of the following criteria (at a minimum): Business Name Last Name First Name TIN/SSN Professional License Number, Type & State
