A. Location Specifications 1) San Mateo-Santa Cruz (CZU) Unit Headquarters Office (HQ) (Location A): 4,750 square feet a) Approximately 3,500 square feet of carpet i. 15 offices/workstations ii. One (1) conference room b) Approximately 1,250 square feet of vinyl/linoleum flooring i. Hallways – 950 square feet ii. Two (2) restrooms – 150 square feet iii. One (1) kitchen – 100 square feet iv. One (1) cleaning closet – 50 square feet 2) Emergency Command Center (ECC) (Location B): 1,850 square feet a) Approximately 300 square feet of tile floor i. Two (2) restrooms b) Approximately 550 square feet of hardwood floor i. One (1) kitchen ii. One (1) break room c) Approximately 1,000 square feet of carpet that will be cleaned and maintained by CAL FIRE due to sensitive equipment located nearby 3) Training (TRN) (Location C): 1,100 square feet a) Approximately 1,000 square feet of carpet i. Two (2) offices ii. One (1) workstation iii. One (1) training room b) Approximately 100 square feet of linoleum flooring in bathroom 4) Resource Management (RM) (Location D): 1,350 square feet a) Approximately 1,050 square feet of carpet i. Four (4) workstations ii. One (1) conference room b) Approximately 250 square feet of vinyl flooring i. Two (2) restrooms ii. One (1) kitchen c) Approximately 50 square feet of linoleum in bathroom B. Contractor Responsibilities 1) Janitorial Services: Contractor shall provide bi-weekly cleaning services for Location A and Location B and weekly cleaning services for Location C and Location D a) Offices/Workstations, Conference Room, Storage Areas, and Common Entryways i. Contractor shall clean and disinfect all high-tough surfaces, including all doorknobs and handles. ii. Contractor shall dust tables, counters, chairs, bookshelves, baseboards, and other furniture. iii. Contractor shall vacuum and spot clean all floor areas, including hard surface floors, carpets, and mats. iv. Contractor shall wet mop all hard surface floors. v. Contractor shall empty waste baskets, place waste in trash bins, and replace waste basket liners as needed. vi. Contractor shall empty recycling containers into recycling cans and replace can liners as needed. vii. Contractor shall sweep and remove debris from all building entrances and dock areas. b) Restrooms i. Contractor shall refill all restroom dispensers from Contractor-provided stock and notify the CAL FIRE Project Representative when paper product stock is low. ii. Contractor shall replace cartridges, deodorant blocks, and urinal screens per manufacturer specifications. iii. Contractor shall clean, scour, and sanitize toilet seats, and urinal. iv. Contractor shall clean restroom fixtures and chrome fittings. v. Contractor shall clean and disinfect all doorknobs, handles, and light switches. vi. Contractor shall clean restroom mirrors and sinks. vii. Contractor shall spot clean walls, baseboards, partitions, and doors. viii. Contractor shall mop floors with germicide and clean floor edges around walls and furniture. ix. Contractor shall empty all waste baskets and place waste in trash bins and replace waste basket liners as needed.
